We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. Nail Health Policy: For the safety of all clients, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service if the nails or surrounding skin show signs of infection, fungus, inflammation, open wounds, or any condition that may compromise health or safety. If, at the time of your appointment, it is determined that the service cannot be performed due to a nail condition that was not disclosed beforehand, the appointment will need to be canceled and a 50% charge of the reserved service will apply for the time reserved in my schedule.
